Cockerel makes a ‘flying’ visit to the Heart of England Fine Foods!

Here’s your invitation to planning the perfect Christmas day dinner; The Taste Kitchen at the Heart of England Fine Foods in Shropshire want to help you with all the festive food preparations for the big day, and featuring in their cookery demo is our infamous Packington Free Range cockerel! What’s more is that one lucky attendee of the cookery event will win a 4-5kg Packington cockerel serving a very good number of family guests! Now that really would be Christmas all wrapped up.

The event titled ‘Christmas Day Done’ is available for anyone to attend and falls on two different calendar dates*. You’ll spend the morning with HEFF Chef Danny Silcock for a tutored demonstration and tasting covering menu planning, preparation, timings and delicious recipe ideas, including mulled cider, salmon roulade, roast Packington Free Range cockerel, exciting vegetables, traditional Christmas pudding or a spiced fruit parfait.
