Packington Flies Home with a Highly Commended from the RSPB Awards
Every year the RSPB: Nature of Farming Awards celebrates the commendable work that farmers are doing to help sustain wildlife, and we’re very proud to say that this year Packington (https://www.packingtonfreerange.co.uk/) were finalists in the Midlands region.
RSPB Awards (http://www.rspb.org.uk/ourwork/farming/natureoffarming/) are the biggest farm wildlife awards in the UK, with each year securing more entries than ever before. Sadly, Packington were just pipped to the post for first place in the Midlands, but we didn’t come home empty handed! Our efforts to maintain local wildlife for future generations were recognised by the RSPB Farming Advisory panel of experts and Packington received a coveted Highly Commended award!
We’ve always been very passionate about the environment we work in and firmly believe it’s vital to ensure that it’s maintained for our children and future generations. Our Highly Commended award will have pride of place on the Packington Free Range farm!
